3D Printed Vacuum molds & 3D Printed Router Jig
Here at Tea Time Tactical, we utilize 3D scanning of actual firearms and that is what we use to develop all of our vacuum molds and 3D printed router jigs. These are designed in house and we print our own with 3D print technology.
Downloadable firearm Scan Files
We are hoping to offer downloadable files of all the scans we take of firearms for a reasonable price. This would allow someone the ability to utilize the file to start working with their own creations from actual scans of firearms.

This company has evolved in a short span of time. It started with a broken heart when Fred Whitman (founder) couldn't find a holster for a brand-new double stack subcompact 1911. He said, "screw it, I guess I'll make one." Some videos, and internet searches turned into toaster ovens and a horrible smell in the kitchen from heated kydex. A few taco presses, a lot of effort, and some time turned into 3D printed molds, and vacuum presses. Now we are offering custom holsters to anyone who is in need of one, for any pistol.
If a customer is in the Albany, OR area, and needs a holster for a firearm that is not listed please contact us and we will 3D scan your gun to make you a holster.
